Aaaah! Back to waking up early. Did you know I woke up, without alarm and all, at my goal time of 7 this weekend!
Today not so good but I did accomplish one of my early morning goals (albeit late) of getting in a workout. Hopefully I’ll be able to combine the two in the days to come.
Today Andy reminds us of why we are doing this challenge and gives encouragement where needed. This is important because I know how easy it is to give up if we haven’t met our goal in the last 9 days.
I’m not giving up! How about you?
