Today is sharing. Sharing this good thing we call waking up early. It’s not a new phenomenon. It’s not an aha moment for the 21st century. Moms have been advised for centuries to get up early to get things done. Our children love getting up early. At least the young ones do. They don’t want to miss a thing so their body clocks wake them up to find out where mama is and what is she doing? Once they’re up personal productivity goes out the window.
So are you getting up early to maximize your mornings? This morning I awoke at 6:30 am. My wake up call isn’t until 7am but I naturally awoke at 6:30. Got in some personal devotional time, cleaning time, and a bit of work. My daughter’s alarm just went up, as she has her own challenge going, so I’d better get moving. We have a big day of school.
