Monday: Leftover Meatloaf. There’s been a big request for this in my house as of late. I add parmesan, olives and parsley to mine.
Tuesday: This is actually open right now. I’m thinking beef my daughter is asking for chicken.
Wednesday: Bean Cassoulet
Thursday: Roasted Tomato Soup and salmon sandwiches
Friday: Quesadillas. I think we’ll be doing chicken.
