After having a baby I found myself struggling to return to my pre-baby weight. I mean who doesn’t? Right? But then I did some diet or another and finally did lose the weight. It was about a year later. But then about 5 years later I noticed the weight had come right back! What??!!! How on earth??!! I mean I was eating the same right?
Well here is what I think was going on.
- I became a stay at home mom. I could gaze at my baby every day.
- At work I made a point to walk each day during lunch. I didn’t do that anymore.
- My job wasn’t necessarily active but I didn’t sit at a desk all day. I got walk around and converse with the patrons (library)
- Finally I could have a real breakfast! Before I would eat fruit and a slice of cheese for lunch (yes for lunch). Breakfast was hit or miss and finally I just drank smoothies. But now…NOW I could eat pancakes, scrambled eggs, toast, yada, yada yada.
In a nutshell more going in less worked off.
So I tried to diet and workout again. But this wasn’t work either. I was making myself completely different meals from my family. Nobody wants to multiply the time spent in the kitchen.
At this same time my newly married best friend started telling me that she was losing weight eating real food. Her hubby, a health professional had started them eating all these real foods! It was a revelation. She had lost 5 pounds so far and was eating chocolate daily! I was jealous. She started pointing me to websites and sending brochures but it was all too much. I no comprende! So we’ve been taking it slow. I’m definitely not all the way there yet. I have have down days, okay weeks, but my family loves the changes and the food!
And now yours can too!

In case you’re worried about some things here is what the Real Foods course is not….
~ Eating only foods that are all organic, grass fed, free range, fermented, raw, yada yada. Small baby steps at first. That’s what this course is about.
~ Eating low fat, low carb, grain free, vegan, etc. I’m not knocking those ideas (necessarily), but within this eCourse, we’re working toward eating a wide variety of wholesome real food, in its original form, in balance.
~ Dieting. This isn’t about losing weight (although some might find that they naturally arrive at a healthy weight while working through this course). It’s about adopting and living a healthy lifestyle for yourself and your family.
~ Adapting to a one size fits all plan of action. No way. Your Real Food Kitchen is likely to look different from mine based on circumstances and preferences. This eCourse will allow you to create your Real Food Kitchen on your time table, around your schedule, and based on your own goals and desires.
This Real Food eCourse is only $5!
Which is a great bargain and very small investment considering what you will get out of it.
