A new week of goals…
It’s a new week and time for new goals. Writing them down so helps. Here is this week’s update.
Family: Peanut and I have been spending more special times together as have hubby and I. I have to slow down and enjoy my family. We also took some professional pictures this week. That’s always nice. Planning a dinner outing. Not easy for the sensitive diets.
Homemaking: Well I got a buttonhole on the dress since last week and I ironed the hem. Does that count as progress? I’ll try and add another button hole this week. I’m really a lost cause here aren’t I?
Personal: Lost a pound or two. Wahoo! Eating much better probably helped this. We added lost of veggies last week and I’m still trying to stick to that. I have a habit of eating really well one week and then the next my eating habits take a nose dive. My hair is doing well. Than you for asking. I’m also still exercising 3x a week but we’ve switched up the workouts to add variety. We use Fitness Pass (look it up in Google). I noticed I knocked guitar off my weekly goals. I need to move it up to family because they really enjoy the music. I’ll try to add it in this week.
