The end of another week is come and here is my update of how it went.
Crafts: Well I finished all the button holes on the jumper I’m making. I’ve really been procrastinating on that one. Need to reed my 21 Days to A More Disciplined Life book from Crystal again. Whew!
Meals: We’re still eating healthy. This week I made more tomato soup but I put a little more effort into it and used fresh tomatoes. It was a success so I will be posting the recipe soon. We also had lots of veggies with each meal and less starch. I’m trying to be more nutrient dense in my meals. I’ve been digging through my Healthy Eating haul of ebooks and Trim Healthy Mama for help in this. I’m telling you I feel sooo much better when I take care of this area. Oh and I still take all my vitamins.
Fitness: I’m still working out 3x’s a week. We’ve upped the cardio in our workouts. Everybody hates cardio, or so it seems. We use Fitness pass and are doing workouts from Traci Long, Ilaria, and Jessica Smith. There is lots of laughter as these are not easy workouts but each has cardio and the Traci’s also has weights.
Learning: In homeschool we’re having fun. Peanut’s been enjoying the latest literature link and math has been getting some extra attention. She loves it but it is challenging.
Focus: This week Sweet Peanut has been all about chores. As most parents we have tons of chores lists around the house trying to find the perfect fit for her. We finally came up with an idea inspired from her handwriting class. This is a screen shot of it. She chose the background so if it’s a little busy don’t blame me. If you like it leave a comment and I’ll make a cleaner one available in my printables section on Homemaking Organized.
Well that’s all folks!

I do like this simple chore chart. I need to get something together that would appeal to my 8 year-old son. He’s now got a room of his own and has to keep it tidy!
Okay Fiona! I will try to get this done this week. I’ll let you know as soon as it’s up!
