Menu Plan Monday – Happy Thanksgiving!

Menu Plan Monday Thanksgiving

It’s Thanksgiving Week for us in the US! Our menu plan will probably look like a lot of others across the U.S.A. Lots of leftovers with turkey. But wait! That’s not until Thursday. Here’s what’s happening until then.

Monday – Leftover lamb. I’ll have to add to it. I was thinking baked cabbage and some rice maybe.

Tuesday – Broiled salmon and pasta with zucchini.

Wednesday – Ground turkey, beef mix hamburgers and homemade fries (I’m trying my hand at blanched and frozen fries later baked. I’ll let you know how it comes out. )

ThursdayHappy Thanksgiving. We host a potluck for Thanksgiving. Our part of the menu is the turkey, gravy, stuffing and mashed potatoes.

Friday – More turkey leftovers. I’m too tired to do anything special on Friday so it’s usually just the leftovers reheated.

This is my planning sheet for our Thanksgiving dinner. It’s part of the free bonus you get when you buy the Living on a Dime package being offered right now (ends tomorrow night 11/20 at midnight). The fields are fill in but I chose to write them in as I was taking notes from all the participants at our potluck. The bonus is 25 pages and includes forms for party planning, gifts, card giving and receiving, gift ideas and a few vintage party ideas. It’s meant to be used whatever the occasion.

Well that’s our week. How’s yours?
