I’ve tried growing cilantro and I’m no good at it. At least from seed. So I end up having to buy it in the store. The problem is the big bunches go bad really quickly and I only like to grocery shop once a week…well lately it’s been twice because I frequent an organic grocery store and my regular Freddy’s.

So! What’s a girl to do….

Well I went with washing, pinching off the leaves and tossing them with a dash of olive oil to keep separate. Then I froze them in a freezer bag. I didn’t have that much to freeze.
